• Meridian Mapping and how energy flows through the system (and how it gets blocked)
• 5 custom curated kriyas for each of the meridians
• learning to self diagnose your energy block
• introductions into the 5 NeuroSomatic modalities we use inside TAC.
• Introduction to incorporating this energy medicine into your business, coaching, mentorship.
