Ticket Purchase: The purchase of a ticket grants you access to the specified live event ("the Event"). Tickets can be purchased through our designated ticketing platform or authorized ticketing partners.

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as explicitly stated in these terms and conditions. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the Event content or speakers.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled or postponed by the organizers, you will be notified via the contact information provided during ticket purchase. In such cases, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, offer alternatives such as transferring the ticket to a rescheduled date or providing a credit for future events. However, a refund will not be issued unless explicitly stated by the organizers.

Speaker Lineup: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup of speakers or program schedule without prior notice. While we make every effort to provide accurate information about the speakers, topics, and schedule, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our control. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

Event Conduct: By attending the Event, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner towards fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and the event venue. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the Event for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Event Recording and Photography: The organizers may choose to record or photograph the Event, including attendees, for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending the Event, you grant the organizers the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in such recordings and photographs without any compensation or further approval required.

Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays, disruptions, or failure to perform any obligations under these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or any other event considered a force majeure.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in the Event, including but not limited to any loss of data, income, or business opportunities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
