I’m KC Volard, and I didn’t build As She Rises because I wanted to teach women how to “do business better.”

I built it because I watched too many powerful, brilliant women succeed by abandoning themselves and then wonder why the life they worked so hard for felt heavy, disconnected, or hollow.

For years, I did what works. I built the business. I hit the milestones. I led rooms. And from the outside, it looked like success. But inside, I could feel the cost of over-functioning, pushing against my body, and holding everything together through discipline instead of devotion. I knew there had to be another way to lead, create, and earn..one that didn’t require burnout, numbness, or self-betrayal as the price of impact.

My work sits at the intersection of identity, embodiment, and sacred business. I guide women to recalibrate how success lives in their body - worthy, wealthy, ALIVE, pleasure…thats how we build a feminine-led empire.

Over the last several years, I’ve led thousands of women through immersive experiences, certifications, and live events designed to rewire how power, money, visibility, and leadership are held in the nervous system and identity. I blend somatic and energetic work with sacred business strategy — because embodiment without direction keeps women floating, and strategy without embodiment keeps them stuck in force.

As She Rises LIVE is the room I wish existed when I was doing everything right and still feeling disconnected from myself. It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to the woman who already knows how to lead— once she’s no longer burning herself down to do it.
